Ordering Terms & Conditions
Please carefully check the correct item code numbers of instruments to be ordered, especially if they have similar looking different types. A wrong code can result in production and despatch of a different item. Amendments and/or cancellations to orders can only be made within three days of placing orders Selected from catalogs, not from the website. After this period, we reserve the right to accept or refuse requests for amendments and/or cancellations.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements apply in all cases; for general instruments, our MOQ is 1(One) instruments whereas for special items we decide on a case to case basis.
A guarantee period of 1 year is applicable to all instruments against manufacturing-related defects.
Shipping Time for products available in stock will be 4-6 Working days, whereas for items not in stock is roughly 20-30 days depending upon the order size and the nature of instruments. This Shipping period is significantly reduced once our customer becomes regular and we start to maintain customer-specific inventory at our facility.
Delivery Time is not more than 10 days, depends on the region of delivery, As we use to deliver with a World-class trustable "DHL" courier, so average delivery time is 5-6 working days.
International Customs Duties and Taxes, International Buyers are responsible for their country’s taxes and duties when receiving packages. We are NOT responsible for any fees relating to international custom and lost because we are selling goods as a FOB (Free on Board) It does not include insurance, We are responsible to provide Tracking Number just. Also, we are NOT responsible for any delays in customs clearance in the buyer's country.
