TC Sternal Wire Twister is utilized for contorting wire or hardened steel sutures together, most generally when shutting the sternum. The cross-serrated working surface solidly holds wire and the fastener locks jaws into spot so the wire can be turned. TC instruments are intended to remain sharp for an essentially longer timeframe than other standard instruments. We forever bond tungsten carbide supplements to the instrument, which expands control and exactness. TC instruments are recognized by gold handles.
